It was 9 years ago when my employer, who was a member of Couples
for Christ asked me to encode this;
I encoded it and found it interesting. I printed
one hard copy of it and kept it, thinking that maybe I can use it one day. I found it last year in my closet while I was
cleaning our house and decided to put it on my working desk. Whoever saw it on
my desk will read it and always have the same impression that it was a good
one. Others will ask me to have them a copy as their guide in their marriage. I
found it useful too, because whenever me and my hubby are having a
misunderstanding I always remember the rules and it was effective. Our
misunderstanding doesn’t take a long time.
Now that I am sitting in my desk, thinking of what to write on my blog,
I noticed this note and decided to share it here in my blog.
Here it is the 10 Rules of Happy Marriage:
Here it is the 10 Rules of Happy Marriage:
- Never both be angry at the same time.
- Never yell at each other unless the house is on fire.
- If one of you has to win an argument, let it be your mate.
- If you have to criticize do it lovingly.
- Never bring up mistakes of the past.
- Neglect the whole world rather than each other.
- Never go to sleep with an argument unsettled.
- At least once every day try to say one kind or complimentary thing to your life’s partner.
- When you have done something wrong, be ready to admit it and ask for forgiveness.
- It takes two to make a quarrel and the one in the wrong is the one who does the most talking.

It’s almost 3 in the morning and I can’t sleep, I am thinking of how to start blogging. I went to my bed, turn off my PC, then after I return to my desk and decided to write a draft of my thoughts. :-)
Who am I? Well, I am simple mother of 2 boys; my eldest is 8 years old who is studying now in Grade 3 and my youngest who will turn 2 years old by Sept 4. As of now, I am renting an apartment with my youngest son. I have no maid or yaya. My husband is in Turkey (he is a Turkish national) and he will be back by 2013. I find it boring with nobody to talk to; no one is there to listen in my crazy ideas. But, I also found it as a good bonding for me and my son, because I spend all of my time in taking care of him. Having a very sweet and a smart baby is the greatest gift for me.
During my spare time, I spend my time searching on internet. I usually spend a lot of time in reading forums and articles about online and offline business. Most of them describe blogging as a hobby and at the same time a business. I love business but I don’t think I have enough knowledge to run a business, why I said that? Because, I was once a businesswoman but I always failed. I’ll tell you more about the businesses that I operated and the reason why I failed. For the meantime, lets proceed first on my introductory post to get to know more about me.
Just last month I got a project at www.odesk.com which is a data entry job. I am working on it for at least 5 hours in a day and the rate is $1.00/hour, not bad for someone who wants to turn his spare time profitable. The money that I am earning from odesk is helping me in our daily expenses. Earning at least $30 in a week is enough for me, and no one will give you that amount for free. I’ll update you later with my experiences at odesk.
Aside from being a freelancer, I also love cooking, baking and experimenting recipes, I even dreamed to have my own bakeshop or restaurant one day (hopefully). I am collecting recipes from cooking websites and once I had extra budget for the recipes, I tried to cook it. My tester is my baby and my hubby, and sometimes I am sending the cooked food to my family (3 hours drive from my place). During special occasion I used to volunteer in cooking, in order for me to know if I am good in cooking. I consider those as a feasibility study, if I will pursue the cooking career ;-).
Traveling? Hmmm… I love to explore and travel to different places, but, the thing is I have a sickness in traveling. I felt dizzy and sometimes I vomit when I am traveling especially when I travel by land. I have no problems in traveling by air, but, not all the places can be reached via airplane. Sad to say but I guess with my problems in traveling I can’t be a traveler.
Shopping? I love shopping if I have some extra cash, but I don’t shop for fashion. I spend lots of time at Kitchen and Household Department, maybe because of my dream to have my own house with the latest furniture’s and modern design.
Anyway, this is just a summary in order for you to have an idea about me. Hopefully this will be a good start for me as I enter into the world of BLOGGING. See you guys in my next post coz I have to cook our lunch first.

What is Blogging?
This is a big question in my mind that I have no idea at the moment of what this means. In my everyday surfing at net, I always encounter this “BLOGGING” word. Others say it is just a way of expressing individuals’ thoughts and feelings, a diary of an individual who want to share it to the world. Some also says that it can be a profitable online business for those who want to earn online. For companies, it is there way of marketing and enhancing public relations. For organizations, it is one of their communication tools to their members.
For me BLOGGING can be my FRIEND, whom I can share and express my thoughts and feelings. A friend who is always be with me (as long as internet exists in this world)J on my journey in life. Even though blogging can’t talk with me, he will use my followers and readers to communicate with me.
This is where I and my blog will start and hopefully we can share and help others with my ideas.
